Harvey Nichols is looking for a talented, proactive and detail-driven Midweight Designer to join our creative team at Head Office – the home of modern luxury, innovative design, and the world’s most desirable brands. About the Role

As a Midweight Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Harvey Nichols brand to life across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with the wider creative, marketing and buying teams, you’ll help deliver compelling, on-brand design that elevates our customer experience both online and in-store.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and deliver creative assets across print and digital channels, including campaigns, emails, social media, paid media, POS, packaging and in-store communications.
  • Interpret briefs and translate concepts into high-quality, engaging design solutions that align with the Harvey Nichols brand identity.
  • Support the development of seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling across multiple categories.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, buyers and external partners to ensure creative consistency and commercial impact.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through to final artwork, managing multiple deadlines with precision.
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas and creative innovation.
  • Prepare artwork for production, liaising with printers and suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Review and amend designs based on feedback, ensuring a high standard of finish and attention to detail.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, luxury retail aesthetics and competitor activity to keep our creative output relevant and inspiring.
  • Support junior designers where required and contribute positively to the wider creative team.

Is This You?

We’re looking for a confident designer who combines creativity with organisation and commercial awareness.

  • Do you have solid experience as a designer, ideally within fashion, retail or a luxury brand?
  • Are you highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)?
  • Do you have a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished execution across print and digital?
  • Are you organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once?
  • Do you communicate clearly, take feedback positively and enjoy collaborating with others?
  • Are you proactive, adaptable and excited to push creative ideas forward?
