The Learning and Development team are here to support and grow every team member across Harvey Nichols. They deliver training sessions at every site, covering soft-skills, management training and systems training.

Style Academy -  Designed in collaboration with fashion and beauty industry experts and established stylists, Style Academy is our premier Styling and Customer Service course. Covering styling for body shapes, colours, skin tones, personality whilst staying current and fearlessly stylish

Induction - The learning starts from Day 1 at Harvey Nichols. The interactive two-day Induction course covers everything a new starter needs to hit the ground running.

Springboard - Every new starter leaves Induction with a tailored 6 month programme of learning to ensure they integrate into their new team and department smoothly.  Expanding on the learning in Induction, Springboard is a blended programme with experiences, eLearning and classroom sessions that give structure and engagement to every new starter’s first 6 months

HN Academy - The Harvey Nichols Academy is our bespoke Management Development programme including feedback and coaching, managing performance, challenging conversations, presentation skills, building business plans and emotional intelligence.
