All new starters are invited to attend a comprehensive welcome session to get familiar with the company’s history, values, and identity.
Your Onboarding will be supported by with a blended approach of e-learning, practical learning and shadowing. Your Line Manager will work with you to create an onboarding plan relevant to your role.
All new managers at Harvey Nichols will be taken through our management onboarding programme, ‘Managing at HN’. With checklists, activities and manager catch ups packaged in an engaging digital guide, you have all the tools you need to hit the ground running in your new role.
Our learner management system, The Harvey Nichols Learning Hub, is where you will complete your all-important compliance and job specific training. It hosts a course catalogue of e-learning across D&I, Wellbeing and Soft-Skills that you can enrol yourself on for self-development.
