About the role…
As the new High Jewellery Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their Jewellery dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

• Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of jewellery and fashion
• Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
• Stay ahead of trends in jewellery and high jewellery and emerging houses
• Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of high-value pieces
• Flexibility is a must; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.
