About the role… 

As CRM Assistant you will support the Group CRM Manager and wider CRM & Loyalty team with the build and deployment of targeted email and push campaigns to loyalty and non-loyalty base. Feeding back insights from all campaigns to ensure that plan is evolving based on robust analytics gathered campaign by campaign. Ensuring that customers exceptional experience with Harvey Nichols via email and push to increase brand awareness, basket size, visits to stores, hospitality and online and enable overall growth in sales. You will:

  • Build and schedule email, SMS and push campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Wunderkind, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all CRM channels.
  • Maintain the CRM campaign calendar and briefs, ensuring all activity is planned, documented and communicated effectively to stakeholders while maintaining relationships across teams including creative, copy and online trade.
  • Create and manage audience segments in Salesforce Data Cloud to support targeted campaign execution.
  • Conduct basic analysis of email and channel performance, tracking KPIs such as open rates, click rates and conversion rates.
  • Provide administrative support for wider CRM projects as delegated by the CRM Executive and Group CRM Manager, including testing to identify opportunities for improving engagement and revenue.

A bit about you...

We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury retail and are looking for something uniquely different.  

  • Bachelor's degree: Marketing, Business or related (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing and CRM best practices.
  • Experience in CRM, digital marketing or related fields (internships/placements considered) desirable.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics desirable.
  • Luxury retail experience desirable.
