Tell us about your 5-year career journey at HN so far?
Over the past five years at Harvey Nichols, my journey in HR has been incredibly dynamic. I have been able to develop in personal and professional growth, every day brings new opportunities to learn and connect with diverse individuals within the business.
What inspired you to pursue HR?
I was inspired to pursue HR by my passion as I love working with and supporting individuals and being a bubbly character myself, the opportunity to create a positive workplace environment where individuals feel confident in speaking to HR without any worry.
What’s your favourite part about working at HN?
My favourite part about working at Harvey Nichols is the challenging aspect to the job. Finding solutions to HR issues and working as a team to get these solved. The dynamic nature of the work keeps me engaged and motivated.
What do you enjoy doing outside work?
Outside of work, I find joy in staying active and maintaining my fitness. Whether it's hitting the gym, going for a run, or hiking! I believe in the importance of balancing work with activities that help both the body and mind.
Bucket list travel destination and why?
One destination on my bucket list would be Louisiana, New Orleans to attend the amazing Mardi Gras Festival as it looks like a lot of fun! Who doesn’t love a good party?!
If you could watch one tv show/movie for the rest of your life, what would it be?
It would definitely have to be ‘Friends’ . The timeless humour and memorable characters never fail to bring giggles to anyone and can watch over and over without getting bored.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about me is that I appeared on channel 4’s Four in a bed in 2023 - a fun and memorable experience that I will never forget.
