With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor or one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Deputy Brasserie manager to join its thriving restaurants on the Southbank. As the new assistant manager - bar, you will work 40 hours a week in our Brasserie.

About the role…

As a Deputy Brasserie Manager, you will be helping to ensure our customers experience with us is a memorable 5* experience. You will:

  • To achieve individual tasks and projects through people, taking specific responsibility for the development of a management team to meet current and future needs.
  • To ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
  •  To work closely with senior management in developing the overall dynamic in OXO.
  • To assist the Brasserie Manager in identifying training requirements within the Brasserie team, and to ensure appropriate and quality on-job training is provided and recorded.

We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury retail and food and are looking for something uniquely different.

  • Have you done something like this before?
  • As deputy brasserie manager you will ideally have a successful high end restaurant background with proven experience supervising teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Have experience of leading, training and coaching a team.
  • Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Passion for hospitality and keeping up to date with latest trends.
