Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Stylist to join its thriving Womenswear department in Knightsbridge. The Stylists role is to build and expand the customer base through exceptional customer service and fashion knowledge. Focusing on inbound and outbound sales and maximise opportunities to achieve sales targets using all available channels of retailing making sure that Harvey Nichols is the “go-to” destination for fashion. You will offer your customers a unique service, fostering a customer-first, clientelling-led environment to achieve your budget and targets.

About the role…
As a Stylist you will be the customer face to your clients, developing and building long-lasting client relationships that return week after week.

. You will:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing a client list to maximise sales and customer retention. 
  • Manage a VIP client list, fostering relationships to enhance sales and client loyalty and identify, recruit and develop HNW clients
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge, competition awareness, and stay up to date with fashion trends and styling.  
  • Develop relationships with brands and buyers to maintain that exceptional product knowledge
  • Provide knowledgeable and professional styling advice to clients to drive sales.
  • Support management with Brand, Product training and Styling Sessions.
  • Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
  • Work closely with Private Shopping and your team to cross sell/upsell 
  • Celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it, supporting and mentoring team members
  • Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!

Is this you?

  • Do you have extensive previous experience of luxury retail styling with an existing client list 
  • Have you got previous clientelling experience?
  • Are you able to demonstrate delivery of key sales and KPI targets?
  • Are you great at developing relationships?
