STYLIST CLUB ASSISTANT - KNIGHTSBRIDGE

Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Stylist Club Assistant to join its thriving Personal Shopping department in Knightsbridge.  Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you. 
As the new Stylist Club Assistant, you will work 40 hours a week in our Knightsbridge store. Please note, this role is TEMPORARY, for 3 months. 

About the role…

As the new Stylist Club Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the team and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

  • Support a team of stylist club consultants to build Harvey Nichols Stylist Club base by assisting in all client related activities, including but not limited to private shopping appointments, store visits, brand events, meals etc.
  • Understand the unique needs of both your local and global stylists, and ensure you are meeting these and providing an incredible service both physically and digitally.
  • Answer emails and calls through to our main Stylist Club lines and take responsibility of organising any requests including appointments. Ensure that the calendars are up to date and appointments are communicated with the shoppers.
  • Take ownership of full communications with stylists whilst a private shopper is out of office, including appointments, selling or stock management.
  • Manage and maintain client data base and files, ensuring that client data is handled in a compliant way and on Harvey Nichols own systems.
  • Manage stock movement efficiently, ensuring that it is returned to the shop floor as soon as possible to maximise sales.
