Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new temporary Stylist Club Assistant to join its thriving Personal Shopping department in Knightsbridge. The Stylist Club Assistant’s role is to deliver a top-tier luxury experience and provide support to the wider styling team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Stylist Club Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion forward environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support to our stylists and clients. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing logistics, and maintaining a high standard of service across all touchpoints.

This is a temporary role working 37.5 hours a week until January 2026.

About the role…
As the new temporary Stylist Club Assistant you will:

  • Support stylists in preparing for appointments, fittings, and client sessions
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and coordination of stylist materials
  • Ensure the styling space is well-organised, clean, and client-ready at all times
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients, both in person and via email or phone
  • Assist with product pulls, returns, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-volume, time-sensitive space
  • Uphold brand values and deliver a premium client experience at every opportunity
  • Flexibility is a must, we ideally need this candidate to be fully flexible throughout the seasonal period
