About the role… 

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual as Studio Stock Controller to be responsible for organising all stock management and shoot lists in our Ecom Photography studio. You will be the bridge between Harvey Nichols and our Distribution Centre, GXO, ensuring the stock process between all locations runs seamlessly, looking after reporting and inventory. You will report back to the Production Coordinator and assist on any additional tasks such as studio scheduling and invoice processing.

  • Compile and manage daily studio shoot lists ensuring they are up to date with addition and priorities.
  • Manage all warehouse picks with GXO as well as manifestations and IBTS
  • Carry out weekly reporting on stock levels to ensure there are no discrepancies as well as low in stock reports. 
  • Manage bi-annual stocktakes to reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of stock movement between warehouse/studio/stores
  • Looking after all sample’s ensuring stock is kept in a saleable condition
  • Send any required stock to Dry Cleaning
  • Act as a communicator between Clipper and studio reporting back on any issues at the DC that may affect stock to studio.
  • Assist the Production Coordinator with admin tasks such as processing invoices, booking taxis, and covering sickness/annual leave

  • Proactive and able to work to with stringent deadlines
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to multitask
  • Relevant experience in stock management or warehouse distribution role
  • A solid understanding of inventory related best practice
  • Experience in stock management CMS system’s
  • MS office at intermediate level (Outlook, Word, Excel)
