Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for new Stock Fulfilment Assistants to join us over the festive period within our stock team, London - Knightsbridge. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you.

As the new Stock Fulfilment Assistant, you will work 40 hours a week on a rota basis, including weekends. This is a TEMPORARY position from 1st November until the end of 2024, with possibility to be extended where needed.

About the role…
As Stock Fulfilment your key responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure the satisfaction of all customers by providing a prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times.
  • To have an in depth knowledge of operational procedures with stockrooms and the loading bay.
  • To ensure that the department in maintained in a safe manner, free from hazards, adhering to store Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • To maintain a keen awareness of store security procedures and polices and to carry out stock checks as requested
  • Learning quickly the location of our stock across the store, along with establishing key relationships.
  • Accurately pulling stock to fulfil online orders and quality control checking every item.
  • Ensuring that online orders are correctly processed through our IT systems.
  • Packing orders to our Harvey Nichols guidelines and then dispatching for delivery.
  • Carry out quality checks of all items picked from the shop floor.
  • Ensure the fulfilment area is kept clean and tidy and restocked with the necessary packaging and consumables.
  • Ensure all store fulfilled orders are packed to the highest specification.
