Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Senior Client Advisor to join its thriving Menswear department in Knightsbridge. The Senior Client Advisor’s role is to provide a world-class luxury customer experience to your customers. You will offer your customers an exceptional and unique service, fostering a customer-first, clienteling-led environment to achieve your budget and targets.  

You will be the customer face to your clients, developing and building long-lasting client relationships that return week after week.

About the role…

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

  • Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge, stay aware of competitors, and keep up with fashion trends and styling
  • Develop relationships with brands and buyers to develop exceptional product knowledge
  • Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable clientelling led customer experiences
  • Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it, supporting and mentoring them
  • Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
