About the role…
As Multichannel Operations Coordinator you will plan, organise and manage customer order fulfilment both internationally and domestically across stores and third-party suppliers, implementing and enforcing the fulfilment policies, processes and procedures. Ensuring we meet KPIs on the customer delivery promise, packaging standards and returns processing.
