About the role… 

As Multichannel Operations Coordinator you will plan, organise and manage customer order fulfilment both internationally and domestically across stores and third-party suppliers, implementing and enforcing the fulfilment policies, processes and procedures. Ensuring we meet KPIs on the customer delivery promise, packaging standards and returns processing.

  • Responsible for the constant monitoring of orders across all delivery types to ensure customer delivery promise KPIs are met, and for promptly escalating issues and making recommendations as and when they arise.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of orders ensuring all fulfilment SLAs are being met, escalating any non-compliance to the relevant local management (both internationally and domestically) and Group Multi Channel Operations Manager.
  • Responsible for the constant monitoring of third-party courier performance to ensure SLAs are being met, and for escalating issues and making recommendations as and when they arise.
  • Liaising with both UK and International CSC Centers to ensure customers are updated, via the CSC, where necessary.
  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring of packaging compliance across all customer order fulfillment, owning and addressing issues as and when they arise.
  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring returns processing compliance across all stores and DC both internationally and domestically, addressing any deviations in compliance.
