About the role… 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CRM and Loyalty Assistant to support the delivery and optimization of our REWARDS program cross stores, UK and international. This role will play a crucial part in managing day-to-day loyalty initiatives, assisting with campaign execution and providing insights through data analysis to enhance the customer experience. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business, ensuring seamless coordination of loyalty benefits and communications. You will:

  • Assist with the day-to-day delivery of the REWARDS offering, including assisting BAU REWARDS emails and other campaign management.
  • Manage the setup and execution of mobile push strategies, including push notifications to enhance customer engagement.
  • Support on securing brand partnerships across fashion, beauty, and food & wine, ensuring the loyalty program is continuously enhanced with new and relevant collaborations.
  • Monitor competitor activity within the loyalty industry, preparing regular reports and newsletters and insights to share with relevant stakeholders.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports on loyalty program metrics, including store performance, employee engagement and push notifications.
  • Support REWARDS promotions, such as Sale Preview, REWARDS Weekends, and other promotions and analyse their performance.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of loyalty benefits, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Assist the benefits program renewal, ensuring all related activities and updates are effectively managed. 
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure the loyalty program is optimized, delivering an exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints.

  • Proven experience working within digital, CRM/loyalty marketing, either client side or agency.
  • Experience with Google Analytics & Salesforce is desired
  • Retail & fashion experience is desired but not essential
  • Great attention to detail with a creative & analytical flare.
  • Ability to think logically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple expectations.
  • Proactive attitude.
