About the role… 

As the Content and SEO Executive you will oversee the ongoing content updates in across our global websites and write best practice SEO copy to help drive conversion and organic reach. The main point of contact for supporting stores, restaurants and brand page requests.

Plan and execute content changes across the site, including homepage, menu, CLPs, stores, services and informational pages, GWPs and promotions

  • Collaborate with the Online trading and Creative teams to ensure strategy and process for planning and executing content is streamlined and efficient
  • Using GA and Content Square to measure and report on content performance, using insights to optimise performance and inform creative and content decisions
  • Responsible for updating copy and imagery for Marketplace and own-bought brands
  • Point of contact for all stores, restaurants and beauty service updates across the site; maintain all store and service pages, writing copy as required
  • Maintain all information pages, including site and promotional T&Cs, privacy policy, liaising with relevant business teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with Digital marketing Lead and Agency on SEO strategy and delivery SEO copy and guides as required
  • Write SO-led guides to help improve the organic search for the Harvey Nichols website to strict KPIs
  • Support the Online copy team with product copy, category copy and brand copy as required
  • Liaise with marketing, editorial, press and loyalty departments to support on content delivery when required
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested

 Is this you?  

We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury retail and are looking for something uniquely different.  

  • Experience in e-commerce content management and copywriting
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • A solid understanding of CMS tools and workflows
  • Excellent English language and writing skills coupled with faultless grammatical accuracy
  • A balance of creative and commercial know-how
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised with an ability to plan and prioritise workload
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Energised by group work and values the dynamic of a team-driven department
  • Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong eye for detail and strives for a high level of accuracy
