About the role…

As a Store Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • To support the Management team in administrative duties as required
  • To maintain all computer software and hardware systems which support the operation.
  • Ensure statutory and mandatory training is recorded and liaise with the L&D team in regard to ensuring compliance.
  • To ensure that weekly rotas and holidays are correctly entered and completed on the HR system and to liaise with Managers and HR Department regarding any issues and queries.
  • To collate and prepare all commission sheets for sales teams and to liaise with Managers and HR Department regarding any issues or queries.
  • To continuously monitor and audit the system to ensure procedures are followed correctly

The ideal candidate for the Store Administrator position will have previous experience of administration particularly in a luxury retail environment.

They must possess strong communication, organisational and planning skills, along with self-motivation and the ability to quickly adapt to challenging situations.
The working hours for this position are 40 hours a week, inclusive of weekends.
