HEAD PASTRY CHEF – OXO

With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor or one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Head Pastry Chef to join its thriving restaurants on the Southbank. About the role…

As a Head Pastry Chef, you will be helping to ensure our customers experience with us is a memorable 5* experience. You will:

  • Provide ideas and prepare great food not only for our customers but ensure the team members are also following those skills.
  • To deal with the recruitment process of chef and liaison with senior managers
  • To organise daily delegation of duties to all chefs.
  • To maximise sales by being able to make informed recommendations and suggestions to executive chef.
  • To oversee the smooth running of a section
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • Make sure everything is squeaky clean in your area by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety
