About the role… 

Our copy team is looking for an experienced copywriter to deliver compelling, creative copy and comms for our fashion and beauty and marketing department. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, punchy, credible copy across multiple channels, including CRM, social, instore assets, and marketing campaigns, that reflect our brand values and tone of voice.

  • Deliver engaging editorial and marketing messages across our womenswear and beauty channels.
  • Develop copy and captions such as subject lines, sells and CTAs for emails, marketing activations, instore assets, and social media channels, working closely with the rest of the Creative Content team to ensure consistency.
  • Working with the Sub Editor to monitor the editorial copy and tone of voice across multichannel content, ensuring accuracy and consistency is maintained and free of grammatical and spelling errors.
  • Adapt your writing style to meet different business needs, while ensuring a cohesive tone of voice.
  • Research and write editorial storytelling copy for features that support commercial objectives, including trend reports, new product launches and interviews.
  • Meet stringent deadlines while having the ability to be dynamic and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Create engaging and enticing headlines and subject lines.
  • Maintain the Harvey Nichols tone of voice guidelines and update when necessary.

  • Do you have the ability to write engaging marketing copy?
  • Do you have meticulous attention to detail and sub-editing skills?
  • Do you have experience in MS Office Suite?
  • Do you have CMS content management competency?
