As the new Commis Chef, you will work 45 hours a week in our Bristol store until 28/12/24, with the opening hours offering an excellent work/life balance. The rate of pay is £11.70 with additional competitive service charge.

About the role…

As a Commis Chef, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience.

You will:

• Work underneath one of our experienced Head Chefs to support the kitchen team
• Prepare all the ingredients for our fine dining menus
• Operate all the kitchen equipment needed to deliver great food experiences for our customers
• Show we are obsessed with customer and colleague experience and service by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety
• Develop a high level of food knowledge
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• Flexibility is a must; hospitality service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
