As Commercial Technology Analyst you will develop a deep understanding of the existing systems capabilities and support the business users to optimise their use of the tools and systems and the commercial technology manager to identify and deliver opportunities for change and improvement. You will deliver solutions that add to revenue, reduce cost and ensure the high levels of customer service while maintaining accurate systems documentation.

About the role
- Check, monitor and resolve any commercial system issues on a daily basis.
- Confidently administer day-to-day business issues with third party suppliers.
- Build relationships with business users to understand core use cases; gather feedback on the usability, performance and capability of existing systems; collate requirements for change.
- Use your knowledge of the systems and business needs to make recommendations for change and improvement to systems or processes and work individually or with the Commercial Technology Manager to delivery these improvements.
- Develop, suggest and maintain changes to operational procedures with a view to improving the efficiency and stability of deployed systems.
- Ensure system and process documentation is maintained and updated to the highest standard.
- Work with L&D to ensure accurate and up to date training guides for the commercial systems and support systems training for new users of the systems
- Own and manage requirements gathering for significant change projects impacting commercial systems.
- Actively assist in the delivery of departmental projects.
- Build and maintain knowledge of industry best practise and the market landscape for commercial systems.

- Involvement in delivery of projects within a fast paced organisation.

- Knowledge of systems and data (Windows, SQL, XML, HTML)
