About the Role
As the new Client Advisor for 125, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in bringing this exciting new concept to life. You will:
• Guide clients through our carefully curated collections, sharing your knowledge and passion for contemporary design, luxury craftsmanship, and distinctive style.
• Build and maintain meaningful, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends across jewellery, lifestyle, and home design.
• Champion the visual presentation of the 125 space, ensuring it always reflects our refined, modern aesthetic.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to excellence — our clients expect outstanding service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.
