About the Role

As our Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will play a vital part in delivering the exceptional pastry and dessert offering that OXO is famous for. You will:

• Prepare, produce, and present refined pastries and desserts to the highest standards
• Collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure creativity, precision, and consistency
• Enhance the guest experience through beautifully executed dishes that embody OXO’s modern and elegant style
• Maintain exemplary kitchen organisation, hygiene
• Stay engaged with emerging pastry trends and contribute ideas for seasonal menus and specials
• Demonstrate commitment, flexibility, and a passion for excellence — particularly during busy evening and weekend services
   

About You
We’re looking for a dedicated pastry professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is driven by creativity and craftsmanship.

• Experience in a professional pastry kitchen
• A genuine passion for patisserie, flavour balance, technique, and presentation
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
