Harvey Nichols is seeking a Beauty Merchandising Administrator to join our Head Office team in Knightsbridge.

As Beauty Merchandising Administrator, you will support the merchandising team, working closely with suppliers, warehouses, and stores to ensure timely orders, resolve queries, and optimize stock levels, all while protecting sales margins and supporting category performance.

About the role...

  • Liaise with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely stock arrival and chase overdue purchase orders
  • Review and raise weekly replenishment and launch orders
  • Create and maintain accurate product information on the system
  • Monitor and update delivery schedules, highlighting risks to launches and replenishment
  • Resolve invoice, GRN, and store queries promptly
  • Allocate, transfer, and recall stock as required to optimise availability
  • Manage supplier returns and raise debit notes for returned goods and funding
  • Update cost and retail prices, ensuring product files are accurate and ranges are correctly categorised
  • Send weekly sales figures to suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Prepare accurate stock and sales reports and analysis as requested
