About the Role

As a Beauty Concierge Consultant at Harvey Nichols, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Beauty desk offering expert advice, exceptional service, and a truly luxurious client experience that reflects our unique approach to modern beauty.

You will:

• Create a warm and inviting first impression for every guest, ensuring they feel truly looked after from the moment they arrive.
• Offer knowledgeable guidance across our range of products and services, helping clients discover their needs.
• Manage appointments and support our beauty experts, therapists, and brand partners to ensure a seamless and efficient client journey.
• Maintain immaculate presentation standards across the Beauty Concierge Desk, ensuring the spaces reflect the sophistication of Harvey Nichols.
• Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to excellence — our clients expect exceptional service whenever they visit, including evenings and weekends.
