Harvey Nichols is seeking Client Advisors to join our Manchester store on a fixed term contract of 3 months. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele. 

About the role… 

As the new Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will: 

• Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of luxury accessories and fashion 

• Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints 

• Stay ahead of trends in accessories, luxury brands, and emerging designers 

• Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium products, from accessories, clothing, beauty and lifestyle. 

• Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.
