Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Accessories Department in Leeds, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of contemporary luxury brands across our Accessories department.

This customer-focused role is ideal for someone with previous experience within luxury retail who can demonstrate strong product knowledge and a talent for building lasting relationships. As Client Advisor, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing expert guidance to help clients discover products that suit their individual style.

About the role… 

As the new Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will: 

• Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of luxury accessories and fashion

• Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints 

• Stay ahead of trends in accessories, leather goods, and emerging designers 

• Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium products, including handbags, footwear, and small leather goods 

• Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends. This position is full time, working 37.5 hours a week across 5 days.
