OXO Tower Brasserie is seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team on London’s South Bank. Set within the iconic OXO Tower with stunning views across the River Thames, OXO Brasserie is known for its lively atmosphere, modern brasserie-style dining, and seasonal menus. As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen and ensuring every dish leaving your station meets the high standards our guests expect.

About the role… 
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be helping prepare desserts and sweet treats for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will: 

• Work alongside our exceptional Head Chef and Sous Chef to craft beautifully presented, high‑quality dishes that delight our guests. 

• Master each recipe, ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen is executed with precision and elegance. 

• Maintain impeccable hygiene, health, and safety standards, keeping your section spotless and service‑ready at all times. 

• Stay organised and efficient, preparing flawless mise en place to guarantee a smooth, timely, and elevated dining experience for every guest. 

• Collaborate closely with your team, supporting your colleagues, and celebrating excellence throughout the kitchen. 

• Bring flexibility and commitment - our guests expect outstanding service during evenings and weekends.
