Harvey Nichols is seeking a polished and personable Beauty Concierge / Beauty Receptionist to join our Knightsbridge team, a destination for modern luxury, innovation, and exceptional service. About the role...
As our new Beauty Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our Beauty and Wellness space. You will set the tone for a 5* experience - warm, professional, and effortlessly organised. You will:

• Welcome and check in clients for beauty treatments and appointments, ensuring a smooth and luxurious arrival experience

• Manage bookings, diaries, and appointment scheduling with precision and discretion

• Handle phone and email enquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance on treatments, services, and availability

• Support administrative tasks including payment processing, reporting, and maintaining accurate client records

• Assist in maintaining immaculate presentation across reception and treatment areas

• Help coordinate and support daily operations within our Pilates studio, including managing class bookings and greeting clients

• Work collaboratively with therapists, artists, and studio instructors to ensure seamless service delivery

• Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends
