Set within the heart of Knightsbridge, our restaurant is a destination for refined dining, impeccable service, and culinary artistry. As Chef de Partie specialising in Meat, you will take ownership of one of the most technically skilled and highly regarded sections of the kitchen.

• Work alongside our visionary Head Chef and Sous Chef to create beautifully composed, seasonally inspired meat dishes that embody depth of flavour, elegance, and precision.

• Demonstrate expert knowledge in the selection, preparation, butchery, ageing, portioning, and cooking of premium meats, ensuring every plate reflects sophistication and flawless technique.

• Uphold exacting standards of quality, consistency, and presentation — every dish leaving your section must be worthy of our discerning Knightsbridge clientele.

• Maintain impeccable hygiene, health, and safety standards, ensuring your section is pristine, organised, and service-ready at all times.

• Prepare meticulous mise en place to deliver seamless, elevated service during both intimate lunches and vibrant evening sittings.

• Collaborate effortlessly with your brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and shared ambition.
