Harvey Nichols is seeking a new Stock and Multichannel Assistant to join the team in our Edinburgh store. About the role... 

Stock & Inventory Management 

• Support daily stock operations including goods receipt, discrepancy checks, cycle counts, and stock investigations. 

• Maintain accurate stock records and trackers, supporting reticketing, markdown prep, and stockroom optimisation. 

• Identify and report damaged or irregular stock. 

Multichannel Operations 

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders, meeting KPIs and same‑day targets where required. 

• Manage Collect‑in‑Store processes and escalate overdue orders. 

• Keep multichannel areas tidy and organised, returning equipment properly. 

Retail Operations 

• Ensure all stock handling, transfers, and returns follow company standards. 

• Monitor deliveries, update trackers, and support store-to-store transfers. 

• Uphold product care guidelines and follow escalation procedures.

• Confident using stock management systems (Merret, Storm/Farfetch, scanners, trackers, etc.).
