We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Wine Specialist to join our established Foodmarket and Wineshop team. Reporting directly to the Foodmarket Manager you will work as part of a dynamic team in leading the Front of House Operations. This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours a week including weekends and evenings.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and advising customers using your exceptional brand knowledge of specialites in wine and spirits knowledge and expertise. You will be expected to drive sales and build a strong client base. You will work with the rest of the Food and Wine team in maintaining housekeeping standards, ensuring excellent stock management and getting involved in merchandising.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills. You must be a team player and possess the enthusiasm and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Applicants should be driven to achieve sales targets and meet Company objectives with a genuine passion for Food and Wine.
