What you will be doing

• Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast paced atmosphere
• Work as a team in setting up and preparing the restaurant before service begins
• Consider your customer’s satisfaction at every stage from seating them at their table to ensuring their bill is paid and they are happy
• Develop a high level of knowledge about our menus and share your opinions on choices of dishes, wine or cocktails
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• You will be required to work weekends and evenings

Skills and experience you need

• Previous experience as a waiter in a busy fine dining restaurant or brasserie
• Enjoy and know our food and wine
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
