Waiter/Waitress - Harvey Nichols Bristol - Part Time 20 hours per week

What you will be doing

Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast paced atmosphere
Work as a team in setting up and preparing the restaurant before service begins
Consider your customer’s satisfaction at every stage from seating them at their table to ensuring their bill is paid and they are happy
Develop a high level of knowledge about our menus and share your opinions on choices of dishes, wine or cocktails
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
You will be required to work weekends and evenings

Skills and experience you need

Previous experience as a waiter in a busy fine dining restaurant or brasserie
Enjoy and know our food and wine
Excellent command of spoken and written English
