Maximise sales through up-selling and recommendations.
Provide the highest possible standards of customer service ensuring guests are served in a polite, efficient, professional and friendly way.
Take customer orders accurately and follow all steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Be aware of, and promote, all services and activities on the Fifth Floor and throughout the store.
Establish a good working relationship with team members.
Ensure the manager on duty is aware of any problems or issues relating to customer service.
Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and drinks list in order to answer customer queries and make recommendations.
Ensure bills are correct before presenting them to customers. Take payment according to the appropriate procedures.
Ensure that the department is maintained in a safe manner, free of hazards, and that store Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.
Demonstrate a pro-active approach to self-development.
Maintain high standards of personal presentation in line with the company dress code.
Ensure that personal KPI’s are achieved.
