Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge are excited to announce an opportunity for four new members of staff to join their thriving Corporate Services team over the Christmas period. We are expecting a busy Christmas and are looking for bright, dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to provide a complete account managed service to our valued corporate customers.
The role will be available from October 11th until December 24th, with the potential for extension into mid-January. Office hours apply – Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
Within this role, responsibilities include:
Representing the Harvey Nichols brand to new and existing corporate customers.
Understanding their requirements and budgets for Christmas gifting and suggesting recommended products. Hampers and wine are typical corporate gifts so a broad knowledge of this range would prove an advantage.
Providing an end-to-end service, to quote, process and oversee dispatch of a clients order
Invoicing, and handling payments remotely.
Dealing with proof of delivery reports and any customer service issues where required.
Answering enquiries via telephone and email for prospects and customers.
Dealing with the distribution centre and our shop floor regarding order dispatch.
Successful Candidates will demonstrate:
Confident use of Excel
Fluent English and ability to draft customer facing emails
Resilience and ability to multi task
Positive outlook and disposition
Ability to spot and react to a sales opportunity
Courage to engage with new prospects
Customer service orientated, displaying the highest standards of service at all times
Your will be located at the Knightsbridge Store for the duration of the role.
