Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Stylist Club Consultant to join its thriving Personal Shopping department in London – Knightsbridge. As the new Stylist Club Consultant, you will work 40 hours a week in our flagship store.

About the role…

As a Stylist Club Consultant , you will be the first point of contact for our external stylists and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

  • You will be hosting external stylists and helping them with their requirements
  •  Assist with sending clothes out to the stylist’s studios
  • Take phone requests and payments
  • Send out targeted fashion content to new and existing clientele
  • Providing a five star experience for the stylists and make sure they leave satisfied
  • Maintain stylist relationships and drive loyalty through organising and hosting regular engagement activities including but not limited to private shopping appointments, store visits and brand events / meals
