Job Purpose 


To provide support to the Stylist Club within the Style Concierge department by booking, arranging and assisting on appointments with all external Stylists; driving sales through expert guidance and support and providing a fearlessly stylish customer service experience to build lasting loyalty.


Job Objectives 
• Ensure the satisfaction of all customers by ensuring that prompt, courteous and efficient service is given by you at all times, to ensure the department exceeds sales and customer expectations
• Encouraging strong and lasting relationships with external Stylists and their clients to build lasting loyalty and repeat custom.  
• Be confident in dealing with a diverse range of people and catering for different needs. 
• Ensure that all external Stylist contact details are correct and up to date in order to maintain personal contact and recognition 
• Keep up to date on the stylist’s spending and assist regarding their client’s purchases (where applicable). 
• Proactive in keeping up to date with past, current and future trends 
• Manage stock movement efficiently, ensuring that it is returned to the shop floor as soon as possible to maximise sales
• Customer Transfer requests to be treated as a priority in order to maximise all sales opportunities; ensure that customers are contacted immediately upon arrival of their goods in store. Ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly, in full and is easily accessible to other team members
• All paperwork relating to Stock on Loan is maintained and an accurate record is kept of all stock leaving/ arriving back in to the store via the Personal/ Private Shopping departments (where applicable) 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all HN teams and Concession staff 
• Have a thorough knowledge of support services, e.g. alterations and despatch and comply with their procedures and share information with Style Concierge team if necessary
• Continuously maintain and analyse database for stylists and their clients purchasing behaviour 
• Ensure adherence to security procedures and that you are aware of security risks particular to the Style Concierge department
• Ensure customer personal details and information on purchases is kept confidential at all times to comply with Data Protection Act.  Ensure information is only recorded and used within the Style Concierge department
• Work with the Stylist Club Administrator to manage the Stylist Club email / inbox and telephone number and respond within time frame (to be agreed by Manager)
