The Role

As a Style Advisor Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for our Bottega Veneta brand, maximizing sales and profit through your knowledge of the brand and their products and understanding the needs of each customer. You will work as part of our Accessories team based in our Edinburgh store, on St Andrew Square, a short walk from Waverley Station. 

This role is full time, working 37.5 hours a week, including weekends and evenings.

What you will be doing

  • Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via the telephone or email
  • Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales, delivering memorable customer experiences
  • Ensure that a base of regular customers is rapidly recognized and maintained by personal contact
  • Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends
  • Ensure effective stock replenishment and that merchandising is of a standard that is reflective of brand
  • Handle all point of sale transactions

Skills and experience you need

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role
  • Enjoy and know our brands and products
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be flexible to work weekends and evenings and over holiday and peak periods
