STUDIO STOCK CONTROLLER, NORTHAMPTON

Working in the photography studio in Northampton you will be responsible for organizing online studio stock and daily shoot lists.  You will be the bridge between Harvey Nichols Photography Studios and Clipper Logistics, ensuring the stock process between all locations runs seamlessly.  You will report back to Studio Production Manager and assist on any additional admin tasks such as scheduling, reporting and invoice processing.  

What you will be doing: 

Compile and manage daily studio shoot lists
Manage warehouse picks with Clipper Logistics as well as manifestations.
Responsible for the co-ordination of stock movement between warehouse/studio/stores
Looking after all sample’s ensuring stock is kept in a saleable condition
Sending stock to Dry Cleaners
Dealing with stock discrepancies and inaccuracies
Assisting with admin tasks such as reporting and processing invoices
Supporting other team members in the wider business
Compile the daily Ecom shoot lists ensuring they are up to date with additions and priorities
Working with the Creative teams to ensure all social stock is picked in a timely manner
Manage the warehouse picks for the Clipper staff
Run reports such as low in stock and PACK reports.
Act as a communicator between Clipper and studio reporting back on any issues at the DC that may affect stock to studio.
Assist the Production Manager with admin tasks such as processing invoices, booking taxis, and covering sickness/annual leave
Other duties as assigned such as emails, working on CMS such as Merret, PIM, Board, Outlook
Allocating stock to PACK for stylists
Adding/removing stock in styling room
Printing new tickets
Seasonal stock takes
Stock returns and writing off stock where applicable
