Store Fulfilment Assistant - Temporary Seasonal role

Full Time (40 hour per week) & Part Time (20 hour per week)

Yes!? Then this is the position for you!

We are currently recruiting for several enthusiastic and energetic Fulfilment Assistants to join us from 1st November until beginning of January over the peak Christmas sales period.

What you will be doing:

  • Pick and process online shopping orders from the shop floor.
  • Carry out quality checks of all items picked from the shop floor.
  • Ensure all orders are packed to the highest specification as stipulated in the Packaging Guidelines.
  • Ensure that all returned orders are packed so as not to be damaged in transit when returned to the Distribution Centre.
  • A flexible approach is required as priorities within the department will change and work will be reprioritised to achieve operational needs.
  • You must be an excellent communicator, team player and committed to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Learn and maintain a working knowledge of the store layout and management structure.
  • Be aware of the Fashion and Beauty brands stocked by Harvey Nichols.
