Working as part of the store Concierge team, this role is dedicated to providing a 5* concierge service to our customers; providing a memorable & seamless customer experience across all touch points within our luxury boutique store, reflecting the Harvey Nichols brand values & promises. The concierge will demonstrate our commitment to the customer through the provision of a superior customer experience for every customer and provide increased support to all departments in store.
