Harvey Nichols Birmingham are looking for a seasonal Stock Movement Assistant

Job Role

To complete tasks in the stockroom, to assist in the movement of stock in and out of the store and around the business. Supporting the sales floor with stock requests to ensure the best experience for our customers, using the Company's stock management system to ensure all stock is accounted for before it leaves the store.

Vacancy Specifics

40 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7, with a requirement to do extra hours to cover peak trading times in the store.

Job Objectives

Process daily deliveries, liaise with other stores, the distribution centre and buying teams in regards to stock movement.

Flag any stock damages or discrepencies to the relevant personnel.

Maintain stockroom standards ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pick, pack and despatch all orders leaving the store to the packing standards laid out by the business.

Assist with the movement of fixtures and fittings throughout the store and help with the set up of store events when needed.
