STOCK MANAGER - CHISWICK, WEST LONDON

As Stock Manager (Head Office) you will be responsible for planning, organising and managing all areas of inventory control across the business, reducing stock loss and stock inaccuracy. Implementing and enforcing the inventory management policies, processes and procedures. This senior Stock Manager role will liase with key stakeholders across the business so strong communication and influencing skills is a must! 

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring companywide stock accuracy and shrinkage reduction
  • Ensuring stores are consistently supported in the promotion of stock accuracy
  • Liaise directly with Head of Supply Chain, Finance team, Distribution Centre, Finance & Operational Managers and General Managers in relation to standard operating procedures and processes for stock management
  • Implement new or revised process and procedures as defined by the PPP team
  • Accountable for the accurate monitoring, enforcement and communication of KPIs across all areas of stock management
  • Accountable for the accurate and on time reporting on inventory compliance in conjunction with internal audit
  • Accountable for stock management across all stores and DC
  • Responsible for the third-party supplier management for inventory
  • Accountable for ensuring the timely execution of stocktakes
  • Responsible for the preparation of budgets for review and approval
  • To regularly attend the Finance & Operations Management meeting

A bit about your experience:

  • MS Office - Intermediate Level (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Stock Management Systems – Advanced (Merret, SIP, DDMS, Debit Notes, etc.)
  • Board Reporting - Intermediate
  • People Management
  • Resource Management
  • Innovation & Change Management
