To assist the Online Fulfilment Manager & Stock Teams to maintain an accurate stock file across all departments in the store, ensuring online nil picks for both Harvey Nichols OFS and FarFetch are within tolerance whilst maintaining and controlling all given stock KPIs.
What you will be doing
You will be able to fully understand the OFS and FarFetch fulfilment systems and be available to support the Online Fulfilment Team during peak trading periods.
You will be able to understand and confidently explain all movements impacting stock across the store and business.
You will be able to utilise and interrogate all available data to unearth stock inaccuracy including but not limited to Pick Performance Report, On Approval Report, Negative Report, Available Stock Reports and Delivery Discrepancy Reports.
You will manage the OFSNP On Approval reason code to ensure all OAs are investigated and rectified promptly.
You will be supporting the fulfilment team for both OFS and FarFetch with investigating and locating any unable to locate stock before the submission of a nil pick.
You will be investigating and analysing weekly FF no stock and HN nil pick reports, reporting weekly on nil pick performance for KB.
You will liaise with the Department Managers to ensure all their recodes and style adjustments are completed quickly and accurately to avoid nil picks.
You will liaise with the DC on all matters impacting and/or related to the stores stock accuracy. Delivery issues will be highlighted quickly with specific/relevant feedback so they can be addressed early.
You will build collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders including Department Managers, Merchandisers, DC Supervisors and Management, Head Office Stock Team and Stock Teams in other sites.
You will promptly escalate any unexplained stock inaccuracy/loss to the Stock Movement Manager, FOM and the Security Manager as appropriate.
You will assist in the planning and execution of the wall-wall stocktake process where required.
You will perform any other duties as requested by management
