Job Purpose

To Maintain and Manage the Beauty Stockroom and supporting the Stock File Integrity for the Beauty Department in the run up to stocktake.

Job Objectives

  • Liaise with Management & Counters in regards to stock movement and maintain the layout and organisation of the stockroom for use by staff.
  • Flag any stock damages or discrepancies to the Department Manager/DC or Head Office Team.
  • Maintain and improve the beauty stockroom and back of house standards.
  • Ensure all queries are passed to the relevant buyer and the Department Manager to ensure a quick resolution so as the stock is available at the earliest opportunity.
  • Action Return to Warehouse and Return to Supplier requests in accordance with the instructions from the buying team or the Logistics department in Head Office.
  • To follow the correct procedures when unloading and checking off the deliveries from the Distribution Centre.
  • To distribute goods to the relevant areas promptly and efficiently as directed by the Department Manager.
