Job Purpose

To assist the Stock Control team in ensuring that the processes which govern the integrity of stock in the Knightsbridge store, are followed consistently. Support with investigations into stock inaccuracies and feedback to relevant management teams. Work with stock movement and shop floor teams on the processes which will promote and maintain stock accuracy and minimise shrinkage.

Job Objectives

• Review and investigate Negative stock report, to establish reason for inaccuracy and identify a solution to resolve the discrepancy
• Ensure stock cycle counts are conducted comprehensively and investigate any discrepancies that occur
• Review all On Approvals regularly and liaise with management teams, to ensure compliance and avoid the store being outside of KPI
• Submit all stock adjustments and write offs to the relevant teams, within expected time frames
• Update and maintain the stock QC log. Liaise with buying team to ensure all repairs, returns are processed in a timely manner
• Support the bi-annual stock inventory process, ensuring that the relevant teams are fully compliant with group wide processes governing it
• Assist stock assistants in ensuring requests from Head Office (IBTs, Recalls, Returns to Supplier) are actioned within KPI
• Support Stock Control team in ensuring that the team responsible for both External and Internal Stock Deliveries are compliant with KPI's
• Highlight to Stock Control team poor performing areas at the point of inventory to establish where processes are not being followed or whether there is an internal issue with transfers, allocations or selling practises

Qualifications and Experience required

• PC literate
• High proficiency in Excel – advanced skills required include using formulas, V-Look up, set up new sheets
• Experience working to targets and KPI standards
• Ability to do advanced mathematics

The hours for this role are 40 per week on a rota basis working 5 days out of 7.
Flexibility on weekend shifts is required.
