An exciting opportunity as arisen at Beauty Bazaar Liverpool. We are currently recruiting a part - time Spa Consultant. This is a 16 hour contract per week.

Reporting to the Retail Manager along with the rest of the team you will have day to day responsibility for taking reservations for the Spa, supervising and assisting guests on arrival whilst offering them excellent customer service, cashiering and liaising with all other departments within Beauty.

Experience as a receptionist or in similar role is essential ideally within a premium beauty environment. Demonstrating excellent customer service with the ability to engage and build a good relationship with the customers is essential.

What will you be doing

  • - Day to day responsibility for taking reservations for the Spa, supervising and assisting guests on arrival.
  • - Offering excellent customer service, cashiering and liaising with all other departments within Beauty.
  • - Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • - Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via the telephone or email.
  • - Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department.
  • - Handle all point of sale transactions.
  • - Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends.
  • - Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.

About your experience

  • - Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role. Experience as a receptionist or in similar role is essential ideally within a premium beauty environment.
  • - Enjoy and know our brands and products.
  • - Strong organisational skills.
  • - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • - Demonstrate excellent customer service with the ability to engage and build a good relationship with the customers is essential.
