What you will be doing
Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service in a fast paced atmosphere
Work as a team in setting up and ordering and preparing wine stock before service begins
Develop a high level of knowledge about our wine menus (with over 800 wines) and share your opinions on the best drink and food partnerships
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
You will be required to work weekends and evenings
A bit about your experience
Advanced wine knowledge, preferably a level 1 WSET qualification
Strong organisational skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Customer service experience
You will have a sales driven attitude
You are positive and proactive
You love working in a team
You are stylish, fun and welcoming
