About the role… 

As a Senior Production Technician, you will be required to produce and modify high quality props and display materials for use in windows and interiors in conjunction with the Production Manager.

•  To prepare props for distribution to all stores, involving wrapping and assisting with loading and unloading props onto van
• To assist with the installation of display schemes within the Knightsbridge store ensuring HN standards of design and presentation are maintained.
•  To assist in the construction of scale mock-ups, prototypes and/or full-size examples in order to help visualise ideas and overcome problems.• To work out how props will be built, subject to approval of Assistant Production
•  Manager.
•  To maintain good day to day housekeeping in the workshop and to ensure the workshop is maintained as a safe working environment, Informing the Production workshop coordinator of any possible Health and Safety issues in the workshop.
• To ensure that the Health and Safety codes are put into practice within the workshop and when working in the stores.
•  Travel to regional sites to install schemes as and when required, overseeing freelance workers instore to ensure HN standards of design and presentation are maintained.
•  To ensure that individual work and work of freelancers during regional installs complies with the safe practices specified in the risk and manual handling assessments.
•  To help ensure quality standards and delivery requirements are always met.
• To liaise with and assist outside companies that produce or install display materials to ensure work is carried out efficiently and to HN standards.
•  Any other duties that may be required
