We are looking for a Senior Online Trading specialist with proven E-commerce experience to support the Digital Commerce Trading Manager in co-ordinating the online strategy for Womenswear, Shoes and Accessories at The successful candidate will maximise online sales and profit through using advanced reporting, analysis of performance, range planning, recommendation and execution of actions that are customer-centric, leverage stock availability and industry and company trends. You will also deputise for the Digital Commerce Trading Manager when required.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Ensure all home page, category landing pages, categories and departments are maintained / optimised on the site in line with trading initiatives as agreed with the relevant buying teams
  • Attending comms meetings and updating the trading calendar
  • Use Google Analytics & Content Square insights to ensure sensible decisions are made when trading the e-commerce site
  • Attend weekly Buying Meetings
  • Support relevant Market Place teams with trading their products on
  • Ensure Digital Marketing teams are supported with trade initiatives related to each area
  • Run Monday reports and complete trade summaries for respective areas
  • Monthly reports and management pack notes
  • Contributing to strategy packs as and when required
  • Monitoring e-commerce sales of the International Website

About your exprience:

  • Graduate with 2:1 or above degree classification
  • Strong numerical, commercial and analytical skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Advanced Level in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics
  • Previous experience in allocation, merchandising or retail analysis preferred
  • Commercial experienced gained in a fashion retail merchandising environment (ideally luxury, multi-brand)
  • Awareness of SEO principles preferred

  • You have sound knowledge of luxury fashion, designers and brands
  • English Language - Advanced Skills (grammar, spelling and punctuation)
  • You have excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
  • You have a strong eye for detail and strive for a high level of accuracy
  • You have experience negotiating timings and managing expectations across different departments would be an asset
